The needs for the children of Takeo province in Cambodia are great. We would like to have a centre for the children here so that we can provide them with a safe place where the children can learn and grow. Our first goal is build a building so that we can begin. We hope to start the building process in the middle of 2007.

We envision a building that will provide classrooms, playground, staff housing as well as place for teams to stay. The Children's Community Center will provide Bible teaching, English classes, games, a library and later on medical clinic. As well, this Center would host seminars on family teaching and community related topics.

At this point we have regular children’s program happening with around 70- 100 children of all ages attending. At the same time there is already a second children's program happening in another village with approximately 70 children attending.

The next step will be to meet with the village chief and to figure out how to work together to bless the whole village. For the future we hope as well to be able to assist the village in agricultural and income generating projects.
